Total Tracks: Features 16 brand new custom tracks alongside the 16 original N64 tracks, bringing the grand total to 32 courses.
Crossovers & Retro Recreations: Includes retro tracks from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Mario Kart DS, and Mario Kart 7 (SNES, GCN, DS, 3DS) as well as stages inspired by Sonic Adventure 2, Glover, Diddy Kong Racing, Kirby, Yoshi, Super Mario 64, and Super Mario World.
Course Options: Features a new 'Random Course' option to randomize your 4 course choices, and unique custom-designed trophies that match the themes of the races.
Game Modes
New Grand Prix Modes: Includes Elimination Mode, Balloon Race (where you can knock off and steal balloons), N64 Coin Mode (collect 8 hidden N64 coins over 3 laps), Target Zones, and Mini Turbo Mode.
Unlockable & Hidden Modes: Features secret modes like Frog Racing and Poly Mode (a demake mode giving graphics a Game Boy Advance-style aesthetic).
Visuals and Audio
3D Animated Racers: Upgrades original sprites/polygons to fully animated 3D character and kart models.
Custom Soundtracks: Features fresh custom music tracks tailored to the new stages.
Holiday Costumes: Special updates (like v3.20) introduce alternate character skins accessible via the Z-button during character selection, such as Toad as a snowman or Wario as Scrooge.
Multiplayer: Fully supports up to 4-player split-screen functionality.
