Phil Austin (Mastering)

US mastering and cutting engineer.

Started his career in the early '70s at Mercury Sound Studios, later Masterdisk. For a large part his career, he worked at the Trutone Mastering Labs (c.1975 until about 2006).

His cuts can be identified by his initials "pa" etched in the runouts, often along with the month and year.
