Michael Vernon Cooper

Funk/soul/swingbeat singer, songwriter, producer, arranger, musician (keyboardist, guitarist, percussionist, and programmer).

Born in Vallejo, California, U.S.A.
In school, he formed the group Project Soul along with Louis A. McCall.
In 1972, he moved to Memphis and formed Con Funk Shun.
In 1987, he started a solo career. His first solo hit was "To Prove My Love."
