Collection: Laurence Cedar (Mastering)

Laurence started his music career working as a freelance keyboard player and programmer back in 1990 for the producer Trevor Horn on various projects including Seal’s debut album. Throughout the1990’s Laurence worked with various artists such as The Pet Shop Boys, Soul to Soul, Erasure, Spice Girls, Paul Oakenfold, Aswad etc. In 1997 Laurence toured as keyboard player & backing vocalist with Edwyn Collins across the U.S.A and Europe. Following his touring duties Laurence founded binary in 2001 and began composing music for TV commercials.

To date binary has scored over 50 TV commercials (including global campaigns for Sony, Vodafone, Ikea, British Gas etc). A collective of composers and musicians, binary write and re-arrange music for various media projects including TV documentaries (BBC, History Channel, Discovery Channel etc) and TV show specials (Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, BBC's Golf Coverage). Having amassed around 180 original compositions, binary’s music catalog is now available for licensing. Many of these compositions can be re-mixed, edited or changed to order.
