James Taylor

Real Name: James Vernon Taylor

American singer/songwriter and musician (born March 12, 1948 in Boston) inducted into Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2000 (Performer). Brother of singers/songwriters Livingston Taylor, Kate Taylor, Hugh Taylor and rock singer Alex Taylor. Married Carly Simon on November 3, 1972 with whom he had two children who are also musicians; Sally Taylor and Benjamin Taylor. They divorced in 1983.
