Died: 23 July 2011 in London, England, UK (aged 27).

Her debut album, "Frank" (2003) was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, and she won an Ivor Novello award in 2004 for her debut single "Stronger Than Me" (2003). Her second album "Back To Black" (2006) was one the highest selling for that year.

Sadly died at a young age of accidental alcohol poisoning at her home in Camden, London, UK.
