ALO (Animal Liberation Orchestra)

California jam/pop band currently signed to Jack Johnson's Brushfire Records record label. They have released seven full-length albums via Brushfire, as well as a number of digital Eps, singles and independent releases. The band formed in 1998 in Isla Vista, CA as The Animal Liberation Orchestra & The Free Range Horns. Three of the current members (Lebowtiz, Adams, Gill) began playing together in middle school in Saratoga, CA circa 1989.
